Common questions
- Is there really a free plan?
- Yes. One user, three templates, no time limit. We need a way for you to evaluate the product before paying us.
- How does the 14-day trial work?
- No card required at signup; you can use Pro or Business in trial mode for 14 days. Add a payment method before day 14 to keep going, or your account converts to Free.
- Annual discount?
- Annual subscriptions are 20% cheaper than the monthly equivalent. Switch from inside the dashboard's billing page anytime.
- What happens if my card fails?
- Stripe Smart Retries try a few times. If they all fail, you enter a 14-day grace window where the account is read-only. After grace, you're downgraded to Free; we don't delete data unless you ask.
