About eSigKit

eSigKit is built by Rich Software, CO, a small engineering shop based in Colorado. We make tools for the boring-but- important parts of running a business — the things every team needs but nobody wants to spend a sprint on.

Why email signatures?

Because every B2B company has the same story: marketing redesigns the brand, IT sends a memo, and four months later half the company is still running the old logo. Signatures are the most-seen piece of company branding, and they live in the place IT touches least.

How we build

• Boring is a feature. Stripe handles billing, AWS handles infra, Cloudflare handles edge. We don't reinvent what's mature.
• Privacy is the floor, not the ceiling. No advertising cookies, no analytics scripts, no pixels. We bill you for the product, we don't sell your data.
• Small team, real engineering. Type-safe, encryption-at- rest, automated test suite, audited deploys. Read the security policy for the long form.
